Ingredients:
1 lb of chicken thighs (I used bone in, but you can use without)
1.25 cups of cubed farm fresh zucchini (ration is prior to cooking)
2 cups of cubed organic sweet potato (my go to starch ingredient, inexpensive, super healthy, and easy to cook)
In a deep pot, place about 2 cups of water in and the chicken thighs. Let it cook a bit and then add the veggies and potatoes. The chicken takes longer to cook than the potatoes, so I put the veggies and potatoes in about 1/2 way through the chicken cooking time. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the pot and debone, set the bones aside. Place chicken in the food processor and chop finely. Put in a bowl large enough to combine all of the ingredients for the food.
Remove the potatoes and veggies (keeping the stock in the pot) and puree in the food processor and add to the meat, add the calcium and any other powder supplement you decide to add, and mix up. Store in fridge!
