Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 potatoes (aim to make 1.5 cups mashed)
1 cup green beans (pureed after cooking)
Boil the potatoes and green beans in a pot, when green beans rise to the top, remove them with a serrated spoon and put in food processor. While potatoes continue to cook, blend the green beans into a fine chop and set aside in container. Once potatoes are done, remove and put in food processor and mash. Once mashed, combine with green beans, calcium supplement, and vitamin supplement. You can also add cranberries (about 1/4 of a cup or less) if you want to, I didn't, but I will next time. In the pot, after removing the water, melt a tablespoon of coconut oil and cook the ground turkey. Mix and mash while cooking. Once turkey is cooked, add to the green bean mixture and combine. Cool and serve.
This may be the least expensive recipe yet. The pound of ground turkey was $1.69 at Aldi, the two potatoes are from the 5lb bag I bought a week ago for $2.99, and the cup of green beans are from a bag which contains two cups I got at WalMart for 99 cents.
