Ingredients:
1 package of fresh, raw pig ears
olive oil
Preheat oven to 300. Line a baking pan with foil for easy cleanup, and place a wire rack in the pan. Clean the pig ears well and cut them into the size of treat you would like your dog to have. You can keep them whole if you want, they will be larger, but that is up to you. You will be able to break them when they are cooked if you like.
Line the pig ear strips on the wire rack and brush with olive oil. Bake for about 3.5 hours to 4 hours at 300. Cool thoroughly before giving to your dog, you can freeze any for longer storage, and make sure to store cooked pig ears in fridge!
