- 3/4 cup coconut flour (I use organic, you don't have to)
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk (I use organic low fat milk, you don't have to)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Yielded 50 cookies.
Sift the coconut flour into a bowl.
Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well, until a soft dough forms. I thought it was the consistency of a peanut butter cookie dough.
Using a cookie scoop or a rounded tablespoon (I used a melon baller!) drop dough onto a cookie sheet. (if non stick, you may want to grease it slightly)
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until the bottoms begin to brown around the edges.
Do not open the door. Turn the oven off and allow the cookies to sit in the warm oven for an hour.
Store unused cookies in the fridge.
Cool completely before serving to the dogs. They were crunchy cookies that both dogs gobbled up with joy!
